Warm a small amount, work it against the grain (move in the opposite direction as growth) to reach the skin, then smooth with the grain (move in the same direction as growth).

For longer beards, pair your ritual with a beard shampoo for the hair, and use BHS Cleanser on the face and under-beard skin (use fingertips or a beard comb and split the dose—half for face, half pressed into the skin under the beard)

On shave days, cleanse lightly before shaving, shave, then cool-rinse. Apply 2–3 pumps of serum and finish with moisturizing cream

Skip cleanser immediately after shaving

Dose by zone: Full dose on cheeks/neck, half-pea on the T-zone
Serum: 1–2 pumps for the whole face—tap leftovers only on the oily area
Timing: Wait 60 seconds between serum → moisturizer/SPF; apply the T-zone last
